It turns out that large group bookings at YHA are actually more expensive than individual bookings, which is a pain. So the easiest thing seems to be for me to book each room individually - and the sooner the better, since the gather is on during a holiday period and YHA may fill up fast.

I have created a web-form for you to give me all the info I need when you are ready to book a space at YHA, and I will book each room as it fills up.

Booking a space at YHA will be your final confirmation of your presence at the gather (and don't forget, you get a discount if you confirm before March 31st (if you want to confirm your presence but won't be staying at YHA, simply send me an email to confirm)), so please DO NOT fill out this form until you are completely sure you can come.

N.B. I'm afraid this form was knocked up in rather a hurry - if you have any problems with it, or aren't sure whether I received your booking, please let me know!
