Concession prices generally apply to people
under 18 or holders of a student or other concession card. However,
it may be that concession cards from other countries are not accepted -
if this applies to you, please email me (Hespa)
and I will look into it ASAP.
Cover charge: $40
(covers opening and closing parties, games, videos and gather souvenirs)
Shared Accommodation: YHA
Queensberry Hill - $24.50 per night for an 8-share room, $25.50 per
night for a 4-share.
If you live in Melbourne and can get yourself to and from the city
every day (or can get a lift with another gather-goer), then of course
you don't have to stay at YHA - but it is still encouraged, since
staying together is part of the fun of a gather.
IMPORTANT: If you are planning to stay at YHA, please fill out a
booking
form as soon as you are sure you can come - the gather is taking place
during holidays, and if we don't get in fast we may not get enough rooms!
